Application Delivery Co-op – Agile & Automation Internship

About the role

Join the Application Delivery Team at BCI for a Fall 2026 co‑op where you will support Agile transformation and delivery automation. This 4‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in modern delivery practices within a leading Canadian investment manager.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with delivery leads, Scrum Masters and development teams to design, execute and refine Agile transformation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and brainstorming activities to coach teams on Agile practices.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automations and the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence) to enable effective delivery.
• Create and update Agile documentation such as user stories, release plans and retrospectives.
• Shadow senior professionals, participate in Communities of Practice and attend learning events to stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Highly motivated team player capable of handling multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Curiosity for process improvement and ability to generate creative ideas.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.

Required skills

• Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Agile methodologies (Scrum).
