AI Transformation Lead

About the role

Sirion is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive the company’s AI‑native journey. Reporting to the SVP, Global Transformation, you will partner with leaders across product, engineering, GTM and operations to identify, prototype and scale high‑impact AI initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional heads to redesign workflows with an AI‑first mindset, pinpoint friction points and quantify value.
• Evaluate build‑vs‑buy options and rapidly prototype solutions using leading AI tools.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of AI projects, establishing frameworks for prioritisation, rollout, governance and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment between business, product, engineering and operations, managing PMO cadence and performance metrics.
• Define and institutionalise AI governance, best practices and security standards, fostering organisation‑wide adoption of AI tools and processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business or process transformation, preferably with top‑tier consulting firms (MBB, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.).
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑driven transformation with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS workflows, especially GTM or post‑sales functions.
• Hands‑on experience building or deploying AI workflows, agents or automations.
• Operator mindset: self‑starter, execution‑focused and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
