Agriculture & Heavy Equipment Technician

About the role

Bayview Trucks & Equipment, a locally owned Kubota dealership, is seeking an experienced Agriculture & Heavy Equipment Technician. You will work in a modern shop environment, diagnosing, repairing and servicing a range of Kubota agricultural, turf and construction equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems and attachments on Kubota equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and field service testing as needed.
• Complete repair orders, warranty documentation and technical reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.

Required profile

• Passion for agriculture and supporting farming and construction communities.
• Certification or near‑completion of an Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3).
• 4+ years of mechanical/service experience with agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving mindset.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and customer‑focused with a clean driver’s abstract.
