About the role
UppalCorp is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join its vibrant team in the Greater Toronto Area. This full‑time hybrid position offers flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including document organization and record keeping.
- Provide executive support by planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle internal and external correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain calendars, arrange travel, and prepare meeting materials.
- Deliver clerical support to various departments as needed.
Required profile
- Strong background in administrative and clerical functions.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with task and schedule management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
