About the role

INNERGY is seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers across its cloud‑based ERP platform for custom manufacturers. You will strengthen partnerships, expand product adoption, and ensure long‑term account growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the full product suite.
  • Drive upsell opportunities through license expansion, additional modules, feature adoption, and service enhancements.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities, including Payroll, Analytics, and other add‑on services.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner aligned to their business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align INNERGY solutions to customer priorities and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize outcomes, reduce churn risk, and support long‑term adoption.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure timely, accurate documentation.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing B2B SaaS or ERP accounts.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on customer success and long‑term growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, globally distributed environment.
