About the role
SOTI is seeking an Account Manager to drive enterprise sales across North America. You will build long‑term relationships with direct customers and top‑tier partners, delivering profitable growth and ensuring successful project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new business and manage existing SOTI direct customers and platinum partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong, quality sales pipeline focused on aggressive revenue growth.
- Apply Value Selling methodology to increase deal size and maximize revenue.
- Lead complex North American accounts in collaboration with senior partners.
- Own the full business cycle for value‑based campaigns, including business development, marketing strategy, executive presentations, negotiation, and pricing.
Required profile
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales or account management.
- Strong curiosity and passion for emerging technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑paced, global environment.
