Access & Reimbursement Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Access & Reimbursement Manager will act as the primary resource for patient access and reimbursement education within an assigned territory. Working remotely, you will support provider offices by explaining payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and available patient support services for cardiovascular products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan aligned with client objectives.
• Educate primary‑care, cardiology and other specialty offices on retail and specialty pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals and denials.
• Provide in‑person visits to HCPs and office staff, serving as the local access expert.
• Coordinate compliantly with sales, market‑access, patient‑services, hub and specialty‑pharmacy partners.
• Document all activities in the approved CRM platform and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Monitor payer policies, formulary coverage, utilization‑management requirements and denial trends.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical market access, reimbursement or patient‑support services.
• Strong understanding of payer landscapes, retail and specialty pharmacy processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based environment while adhering to compliance rules of engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for activity tracking.
