About the role

Prep Academy Tutors is a private in‑home tutoring company that delivers flexible, personalized programs for students aged four to twenty across all subject areas. As an Academic Tutor you will support learners following the Manitoba curriculum, creating supplemental assignments and providing both remedial and enrichment assistance. You will work directly with students in their homes, adapting instruction to each learner’s needs. Regular communication with parents or guardians about progress is also a key part of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students based on the Manitoba curriculum.
• Create supplemental assignments to promote greater understanding of material.
• Deliver remedial and enrichment support as needed.
