3D Store Designer – Retail Concept & Fixture Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative 3D Store Designer to join our Store Design team. You will shape the look and feel of retail environments, turning innovative concepts into detailed 3D layouts, fixture designs, and spatial solutions that enhance the in‑store customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative retail concepts and strategic initiatives across multiple banners.
• Create detailed 3D store layouts, fixture designs, and spatial concepts using SketchUp, Revit, and Enscape.
• Produce custom fixture documentation, including materials, construction details, and fabrication methods.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, external design firms, vendors, and skilled trades to deliver comprehensive retail layouts and floorplans.
• Manage design budgets, balancing creative ambition with cost, constructability, and operational constraints.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders such as Dealers, AVPs, VPs, and cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses to identify opportunities for de‑engineering designs for national rollout and process improvements.
