Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Recruiting

About the role

Peninsula Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. In this office‑based position you will support high‑volume hiring, handling everything from posting jobs to onboarding new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Post new roles on appropriate job boards using the ATS.
• Conduct first‑stage telephone/video interviews and daily volume screenings (minimum 15 per day).
• Provide a first‑class candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, deliver feedback, and manage 360° recruitment for all roles.
• Prepare offer packages, contracts, reference and background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Create HRIS accounts for new hires and assist with internal contracts and letters.
• Conduct corporate inductions and support the recruitment department with additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• College or university degree in Business or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs; sales‑driven mindset.
• Customer service experience; French language skills are an asset.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
