Student Research Assistant – Psychology Department

About the role

The Department of Psychology at McGill University is looking for a Student Research Assistant to support the design, development, and analysis of research tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of research project tools.
• Create descriptive analyses of research tools, including sound files.
• Conduct internet‑based searches for appropriate research tools.
• Order audio research supplies and assist users with equipment operation.
• Implement pre‑established procedures to maintain research quality.

Required profile

• Experience in a research or related setting.
• Experience working in teams and providing written/oral explanations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

• Hourly wage of $19.02 CAD.
• Part‑time schedule (8 hours per week).
