Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex building‑technology projects for Bosch, working closely with internal teams, clients and subcontractors. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from proposal and planning through execution and hand‑over, ensuring high‑quality results that align with Bosch’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Bosch professionally to maximise client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight Bosch’s features and meet GPM and operational requirements.
• Develop and follow an assertive communication methodology for prospect follow‑up and proposal generation.
• Complete sales orders, scopes, plans and other project documentation on time and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Identify client security needs and match Bosch’s products and services to those requirements.
• Negotiate and present final contracts, ensuring all financial and tax details are correct.
• Maintain proactive relationships with clients to assess satisfaction, generate referrals and resolve past‑due collections.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation and subcontracting activities, coordinating procurement and material delivery.
• Monitor construction schedules, adjust designs or contract prices as needed, and ensure quality performance on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when required.
• Strong knowledge of current industry standards, emerging technologies and Bosch product offerings.
• Commitment to comply with company policies, safety procedures and asset protection.
• Excellent written record‑keeping and timely submission of documentation.
