Senior Manager, Digital Solutions and Data Governance

About the role

WUSC is seeking a strategic leader to drive its Digital Roadmap and ensure robust data governance across the organization. Reporting to the Director of HR, Security & IT, you will shape the digitization of core business processes and champion the use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical plans for long‑term digital transformation across multiple units and country contexts.
• Identify friction points in existing processes and design digital tools and workflows to eliminate them.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, including monthly coordination meetings and quarterly roadmap updates.
• Promote workforce upskilling, especially in AI‑related competencies.
• Explore and pilot AI use cases to enhance automation and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation and data governance within complex, multi‑regional organizations.
• Strong leadership and change‑management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with senior managers, process owners, and technical teams.
