Main Missions

• Manage the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and needs analysis to solution design and final implementation.
• Conduct consultative B2B sales by identifying specific clinical, operational, and financial needs of dental practices.
• Develop and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers in the dental sector.
• Coordinate complex projects, including office renovations and equipment installations, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide comprehensive post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic market planning and value-based selling approaches.

Profile Required

• Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, preferably within the medical or dental industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-level project coordination.
• Experience in managing office fit-outs, renovations, or technical equipment installations is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinker with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
