Join a rapidly growing leader in smart home solutions dedicated to property managers, asset managers, and real estate developers. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive IoT revenue growth across British Columbia and Alberta.
Missions principales
- Develop and execute a strategic territorial sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the BC and AB markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from proactive prospecting and lead generation to complex negotiations and contract closing.
- Drive revenue through a strategic mix of software solutions and hardware (upselling and cross-selling).
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person, tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and channels to optimize lead conversion.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Profil recherché
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in professional sales.
- Strong background in Construction, Multi-family housing, or Real Estate sectors.
- A documented track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional presentation and closing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability and execution.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within BC and Alberta for client meetings and industry events.
- University degree preferred.
