Sales Representative – Activation Events

About the role

Neo is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to represent the brand at activation events across the city. You will work in malls, campuses, local businesses and large retail partners, signing up customers for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money account and other fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Neo at various activation events and engage with visitors.
• Acquire new customers by signing them up for Neo financial products.
• Track performance in real‑time through a personal referral link.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sharing fintech products with Canadians.
• Willingness to travel across the city to multiple locations.
• Money‑motivated and interested in technology or financial services.
• Previous experience in direct sales, door‑to‑door, telemarketing, retail or marketing is helpful.
• Available for full‑time or part‑time hours with a flexible schedule.
