About the role
Kiokii is expanding its presence in North America with a new store at Lime Ridge Mall. As a Retail Team Lead you will set the standard for sales excellence and customer service, guiding associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist store management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows.
- Provide clear direction, support, and on‑the‑job training to store associates.
- Maintain store appearance and safety standards in line with company policies.
- Support staffing needs and align schedules with business demands.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Drive sales performance to meet store targets and key metrics.
- Participate in store opening setup and merchandising activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Passion for Asian beauty products and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb.
