Retail Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Team Lead to join our Edmonton store. In this role you will oversee daily store operations, mentor team members and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day store activities and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive engagement, coordinate team efforts and foster a collaborative environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
