About the role
We are looking for a proactive Remote Community Manager to nurture and protect our online spaces. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming environment while driving engagement.
Key responsibilities

Required profile
- Proven experience in customer support and online community moderation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear, empathetic messaging.
- Strong conflict‑management and de‑escalation abilities.
- Self‑starter attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
