Remote Appointment Setter – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join a Canadian real‑estate company. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers and existing leads, turning interest into qualified appointments for field sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage prospective customers.
• Consistently follow up with existing leads via phone.
• Re‑engage prospects who have stalled in the sales process.
• Qualify prospects, assess interest level, and set appointments for field agents.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Record all calls, follow‑ups, and interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead hand‑off.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• High tolerance for rejection and strong persistence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with an evening‑oriented schedule (approx. 11 AM–7 PM MT).
• Real‑estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
