About the role
McGill University is seeking a detail‑oriented student to review course outlines and ensure they align with the university’s updated assessment policy. The role involves systematic examination of syllabi, identification of gaps, and provision of structured feedback to the Vice‑Dean, programs.
Key responsibilities
- Review course outlines for compliance with assessment policy requirements.
- Check alignment of learning outcomes with assessment methods.
- Flag inconsistencies or missing elements in assessment descriptions.
- Prepare brief reports or annotated feedback on reviewed outlines.
Required profile
- Current undergraduate or graduate student (preferably in management).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret and apply policy documents consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Knowledge of AI and APIs.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Co‑pilot, Claude, and Gemini.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of $19.00 (AMUSE C).
- Part‑time schedule: 10 hours per week.
- Fixed‑term contract from 2026‑05‑04 to 2026‑07‑10.
