Overnight Lead – Night Team Leader

About the role

Join Walmart Canada as an Overnight Lead and help keep the store well‑stocked, safe, and visually appealing during night hours. You will guide a team of overnight associates, ensure merchandising standards are met, and act as the point of contact for safety and security when the Overnight Assistant Manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overnight stocking activities based on priorities set by the Overnight Assistant Manager and daytime management.
• Assess merchandise presentation and store appearance, correcting deficiencies and updating displays as needed.
• Move defective merchandise to the claims room and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain store safety and security, handling accidents and inspecting premises for compliance.
• Support training and development of overnight associates to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to Walmart’s values.
