Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise the day‑to‑day functions of our commercial real‑estate brokerage in Simcoe County. Reporting directly to the owners, you will shape a high‑performing team, oversee deal accounting and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of administrators and licensed agents.
• Design and implement SOPs, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across branch operations.
• Supervise full deal‑accounting flow, review monthly financials and collaborate with the Controller on budgets.
• Ensure compliance with RECO, FINTRAC and internal brokerage policies.
• Manage contracts and vendors, including HR services, legal and marketing partners.
• Maintain and refine training materials and knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or multi‑agent environment.
• Strong HR knowledge – setting KPIs, performance coaching, contract preparation and disciplinary actions.
• Hands‑on experience with regulated real‑estate deal accounting and cash‑flow management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
