About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic roadmap for the Starbucks at Home Coffee portfolio within Nestlé Canada. Based in our North York office and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this hybrid role offers autonomy to shape brand strategy, drive growth, and collaborate with global and local teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that strengthen and grow the Starbucks at Home Coffee brand.
- Leverage brand, consumer, and business data to build short‑ and long‑term brand strategies.
- Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders, including sales, demand & supply, and finance teams.
- Translate consumer insights into competitive 4P strategies across multiple segments and channels.
- Create a 3‑5‑year Innovation & Refresh plan aligned with global direction.
- Design compelling communications and media strategies for the portfolio.
- Coach and develop an Assistant Marketing Manager, providing clear expectations and regular feedback.
- Own P&L responsibility, managing budget changes and internal/external factors affecting the portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven ability to use data and insights to shape brand strategy.
- Experience managing cross‑functional relationships and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strategic planning expertise, including multi‑year portfolio roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Accountability for financial performance and budget management.
