Lease Abstractor – High‑Volume Consulting Role

About the role

Our client, a leading telecom and infrastructure organization, is seeking an experienced Lease Abstractor on a consulting basis. You will join ongoing high‑volume lease projects, ensuring accurate abstraction, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and summarize critical lease terms, clauses, and provisions from complex agreements and amendments.
• Enter and reconcile lease and contract data—including dates, financial terms, ownership, and legal descriptions—in TRIRIGA or other lease management systems.
• Adapt quickly to existing projects, maintaining continuity and delivering results without delays.
• Advise on lease administration processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across land records and reporting.
• Resolve complex lease‑related issues with innovative solutions while managing ambiguity and priorities.
• Conduct audits and validations to ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lease administration or related services.
• Strong understanding of lease abstraction principles and lease accounting concepts.
• Bilingual English/French preferred for client communication.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume workloads with accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
