Insurance Broker – Client Services & Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Broker to manage client insurance needs, calculate premiums, and expand our market presence in Vancouver. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver tailored insurance solutions and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate premiums and establish client insurance coverage.
• Identify potential markets and ensure all required forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed.
• Monitor insurance claims, respond to client enquiries, and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Provide detailed information on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
• Sell a range of insurance products including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft.
• Maintain accurate records of policies and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Provincial or territorial licence.
• Excellent written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
