Graphic Designer – Social & Ad Creative (Hybrid)

About the role

Pophaus, a Toronto‑based creative agency for fast‑growing CPG brands, is looking for a Graphic Designer to produce social, ad and email assets. The role is hybrid and full‑time, delivering high‑volume, scroll‑stopping visuals that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design static Instagram and TikTok posts, carousels, and story graphics for multiple consumer brands.
• Create static ads for Meta and TikTok paid campaigns, iterating quickly on top‑performing concepts.
• Develop email campaigns and lifecycle flows, ensuring mobile‑first readability and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual consistency across brand feeds while building reusable templates and systems.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Strategist, Social Media Manager and video editors; keep Figma files and shared drives organized.
• Use performance data to inform creative revisions and flag timeline risks early.

Required profile

• 3+ years of design experience for consumer or CPG brands.
• Passion for fast, high‑quality visual production without sacrificing taste.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to translate performance insights into creative improvements.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• HTML/CSS for email design
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad specifications
