About the role
The Executive Assistant will support three senior leaders on Mastercard’s Canada Leadership Team from the Toronto office. This high‑energy position requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced executive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Prepare and process expense reports promptly and accurately.
- Ensure technology and logistical support for meetings and events.
- Collaborate with global Executive Assistants to maintain alignment and coverage.
- Act as an administrative liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Research special topics and contribute to project‑based initiatives as needed.
- Drive operational efficiencies across the leadership group.
Required profile
- Executive‑level administrative experience in a global corporate setting.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
- Self‑starter capable of autonomous problem‑solving and anticipating team needs.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
