Epic Non-Clinical Associate Manager

About the role

The Epic Non-Clinical Associate Manager will lead cross‑functional teams across Accenture, software vendors, and client organizations to deliver Epic non‑clinical solutions. This role combines project planning, stakeholder management, and business workflow design to support the Advanced Technology Centers' mission of driving innovation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scopes and Excel‑based project plans, securing sign‑off from operations teams.
• Drive status updates, lead regular calls, and ensure timely progress tracking.
• Maintain executive presence, delivering concise escalations and status reports to operations and client leadership.
• Navigate ambiguous, complex project scenarios and devise standard solutions.
• Analyze and design new business workflows, defining product requirements and use cases.
• Assign resources based on skill mastery and contribute to high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with internal ATC Epic teams to foster growth and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epic Non‑Clinical Associate Manager or similar role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and delivering clear outcomes.
• Proactive, results‑driven personality with excellent communication skills.
