About the role
The Director, HR Business Partner is a strategic leader who partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will shape workforce planning, talent management and organizational capability for the assigned client groups.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR COEs to develop and deliver talent priorities that support the organization’s strategic plan.
- Provide coaching, decision support and thought partnership to senior leaders, influencing decisions with workforce, talent, risk and culture insights.
- Lead the design, implementation and assessment of talent strategy, workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Oversee HR programs, policies and processes across talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, learning & development, and compliance.
- Leverage HR analytics and AI‑enabled insights to anticipate people risks and opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives.
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR matters and drive organizational change.
