Data Entry & Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a leading apparel company in Montreal as a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. You will support the sales and logistics teams by ensuring accurate data management and providing friendly service to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures.
• Verify accuracy of shipping dates, prices, and order details.
• Create new product SKUs using provided information.
• Open and maintain customer accounts.
• Prepare customs documentation and process invoicing.
• File paperwork and follow up on order status.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Dependable and detail‑oriented.
