About the role
Join a leading apparel company in Montreal as a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. You will support the sales and logistics teams by ensuring accurate data management and providing friendly service to customers and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures.
- Verify accuracy of shipping dates, prices, and order details.
- Create new product SKUs using provided information.
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Prepare customs documentation and process invoicing.
- File paperwork and follow up on order status.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Dependable and detail‑oriented.
