Customer Service Representative

About the role

Culligan is seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, handling inquiries, scheduling deliveries, and supporting sales initiatives for our water treatment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional in‑person and telephone assistance to customers.
• Set up deliveries, book service calls, and schedule installations.
• Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and manage work orders.
• Promote and up‑sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Collect accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Deliver water jugs and softener salt to customers as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help people.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
