As a Customer Experience Associate you are the face and heart of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and demonstrate mobile and digital banking applications.
• Listen proactively to uncover customer needs and explain complex concepts simply.
