About the role
Prophix is looking for a Customer Account Manager to own expansion revenue within a defined territory of existing customers. You will grow the Prophix One™ footprint by adding modules, increasing user licenses, and driving cloud migrations while building strong executive relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive expansion ARR by managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Identify whitespace opportunities such as additional modules, user license growth, and cloud migrations.
- Run full sales cycles from discovery to close, coordinating with Professional Services, Cloud, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain ≥2.2× pipeline coverage and achieve ≥90% forecast accuracy each quarter.
- Establish high‑trust relationships with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CIOs.
- Lead executive business reviews and re‑engage at‑risk executive sponsors.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Leverage Prophix’s AI‑enabled tools to increase speed and precision.
Required profile
- Proven track record of closing expansion deals and growing ARR.
- Experience working with mid‑market and enterprise finance teams.
- Ability to manage quota and operate in a hunter‑farmer hybrid sales model.
- Strong commercial discipline and forecasting skills.
