About the role
OPA! is seeking a full‑time Continuous Improvement Lead to drive menu innovation and operational resource development across its franchised locations. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, the role will split time between the corporate kitchen and the broader operational teams, overseeing product development and process optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and testing of new menu items and limited‑time offers in the corporate kitchen.
- Document and analyse testing results, providing recommendations for launch.
- Maintain and update nutritional and allergen tables for all markets.
- Create clear, concise written procedures and support materials for franchise teams.
- Develop and manage video training resources to ensure consistent product preparation.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Committee to present and evaluate new concepts.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and ensure operational resources remain current and engaging.
Required profile
- Experienced restaurant professional with a strong process‑oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to translate hands‑on procedures into written instructions.
- Creative problem‑solver who balances innovation with operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
