About the role
Teltonika is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its Canadian office in Toronto. The CEO will be responsible for driving business growth, accelerating sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence while representing the brand in the Canadian market.
Key responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility, delivering revenue growth, cost optimisation and sustainable profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase volume, market share and revenue across Canada.
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, partnerships and key accounts.
- Build and lead a high‑performing sales organisation with clear targets, pipelines and accountability.
- Provide quarterly performance reports (KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline health, risks and mitigation plans) to the Group Executive Team.
- Collaborate with headquarters and cross‑functional stakeholders to align local execution with global strategy.
- Ensure financial health of local operations through data‑driven decisions.
- Lead, develop and motivate local teams, fostering a performance‑driven culture.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools and training programs.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market strategies.
- Prepare, review and approve client contracts in compliance with Canadian laws.
- Oversee compliance with regional regulatory, tax, logistics and international shipping requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business operations or related leadership roles.
