About the role

DDS Wireless International is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of its Scheduled Routes SaaS product. Based in Vancouver, BC, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi‑year contracts, and report to the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, virtual and in‑person meetings, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and secure multi‑year contracts with transportation operators.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce to inform market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Develop long‑term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and capture referrals and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a customer‑first experience.
  • Stay informed on routing and scheduling market trends and share intelligence within the organization.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of quota‑carrying experience selling SaaS‑based solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing multi‑year contracts.
  • Hunter mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in the transportation or routing & scheduling sector.
  • Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
