About the role
The IT Project Management Office (PMO) at HOOPP is seeking a Business Consultant to support investment‑focused initiatives. The role blends business analysis (about 60%) with project‑management and governance support (about 40%). You will partner with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure new work is clearly defined, assessed, and ready for execution.
Key responsibilities
- Support the IT PMO work intake by coordinating assessments and onboarding for new investment strategies.
- Conduct business analysis and project intake assessments to translate objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
- Coordinate delivery with IT teams (architecture, governance, risk, compliance, vendor management, information security) and business teams (investment management, finance, risk, plan operations).
- Manage end‑to‑end project activities, including planning, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
- Ensure all work complies with established IT governance processes and is decision‑ready before execution.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience supporting capital markets or investment‑management initiatives across the front‑to‑back‑office lifecycle.
- Strong business‑analysis background with the ability to work effectively with both IT and investment stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented and focused on delivering decision‑ready work packages.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
