About the role
The Associate Director, Global Recruitment & Partnerships serves as the public face of Ross University School of Medicine, American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. You will own a territory, build strategic partnerships, and drive student applications for medical and veterinary programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory‑level recruitment strategies aligned with MedVet goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Plan and deliver high‑impact in‑person and virtual recruitment events.
- Build, deepen, and sustain pathway partnerships with colleges, universities, advisors, and influencers.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, on‑campus events, and information sessions.
- Generate high‑quality inquiries and convert prospects into started applications.
- Identify and test new channels to diversify the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align outreach, campaigns, and messaging.
- Represent MedVet institutions at educational conferences and regional events.
- Maintain accurate reporting on partner activity, events, and territory performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a directly relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or field‑based marketing.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with institutional and business partners.
