Architect / Designer – Custom Residential Projects

About the role

The firm is seeking an Architect or Designer to join its Vancouver studio and work on highly design‑focused residential projects, including custom single‑family homes, boutique multifamily developments, townhomes, rowhomes, laneway homes and duplexes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to concept development and detailed design for a variety of residential typologies.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and graphic design packages.
• Produce construction documentation and coordinate with consultants.
• Support senior leadership throughout all project phases, from early concept through construction.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, materiality and craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Strong design acumen with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Experience designing custom homes and boutique multi‑residential projects.
• Excellent graphic presentation abilities and a compelling portfolio.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and passionate about architecture.
• Ability to engage in both conceptual development and technical execution.
