Wireless Sales Representative

About the role

The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw‑owned telecom brand, is looking for a Wireless Sales Representative to work inside its Sherwood Park location. You will help shoppers choose mobile phones, plans and accessories that fit their lifestyle while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Loblaw shoppers, presenting mobile, home and business solutions from carriers such as Bell, Rogers, Fido, and others.
• Promote and explain the PC Optimum loyalty program benefits.
• Stay up‑to‑date on carrier offerings, promotional deals and the latest mobile devices.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, earning uncapped commissions.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers through the purchase process.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building long‑term customer relationships.
• Eagerness to learn about telecom products and industry trends.
• Availability to work full‑time, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
