Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Ownership Role)

About the role

This full‑time position is based at our Laval facility and offers a unique ownership‑style opportunity for a seasoned warehouse professional. You will lead the entire warehouse and logistics function, driving efficiency and supporting a tight‑knit team that has been with the company for decades.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, package and ship outgoing orders with precision.
• Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming shipments, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct annual counts and ensure stock replenishment.
• Coordinate transportation, obtain shipping quotes and manage documentation such as commercial invoices.
• Track shipments using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and assist with occasional facility tasks.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving or logistics.
• Background as a Warehouse Clerk, Lead or Supervisor with a track record of taking ownership.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and support a small, multi‑role team.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate forklift equipment.
