Warehouse Clerk – Material Services (12‑month term)

About the role

AltaLink is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Clerk for a twelve‑month term to support its Material Services team. Based in the Acheson Warehouse, you will play a key part in ensuring material availability for projects across Alberta.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP transactions for purchase order receipts, material issue to projects, and returns to inventory.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to schedule deliveries and meet site material requirements.
• Manage freight supplier relationships and oversee shipments on a $1M budget.
• Process and reconcile invoices for warehouse supplies, freight charges, and allocate costs across projects.
• Participate in annual inventory counts and support other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Internal Audit.

Required profile

• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external suppliers.
