Vice President & General Manager – Canada

About the role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Vice President‑level General Manager to lead its Canadian operations. This senior leader will shape the brand’s strategic direction, drive sustainable growth, and champion a high‑performing commercial team across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic plan for Canada, translating it into sales and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve local financial targets for revenue, cost, and profit while improving colleague and customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, IP partners, agencies, distributors and e‑commerce players.
• Lead digital transformation of the consumer journey and expand e‑commerce capabilities.
• Participate in Americas and global strategic projects and task forces.
• Advance People & Culture agenda, focusing on succession planning, capability building, inclusion and team development.
• Drive innovation through data‑driven insights, testing, learning and scaling.
• Manage a team of approximately 40 commercial colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven P&L ownership and a strong record of commercial success.
• Extensive experience in consumer products, lifestyle, FMCG, fashion or consumer‑focused e‑commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a global context.
• Inspirational leader with a growth mindset, capable of building high‑performing B2B teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with agencies, IP partners, distributors and specialist retailers.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation affecting consumers, shoppers and customers.

What we offer

• Competitive annual base salary ranging from CAD 281,356 to CAD 422,034, based on experience and market benchmarks.
