Transit Architect III

About the role

Perkins & Will is seeking a Transit Architect III to join its multidisciplinary design studio. The role involves leading design efforts for transit projects, from concept through construction administration, while upholding the firm’s standards of sustainability and design excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and solutions for transit projects.
• Coordinate schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings.
• Prepare client and non‑client presentation materials and renderings.
• Analyze product research and select appropriate materials.
• Review project documents for accuracy, compliance, and legibility.
• Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin‑ups.
• Maintain clear communication with team members, partners, and consultants.
• Support the growth and mentorship of junior staff.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience using Revit.
