About the role

Join the FIFA World Cup 26 tournament operations team in Vancouver to help deliver a historic, 48‑team, tri‑nation event. You will support venue readiness, match‑day execution and live‑event delivery across stadiums and event sites, working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support venue setup, readiness checks and daily operational tasks.
• Assist with match‑day and event‑day execution, ensuring smooth crowd flow and access control.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, vendors and internal teams within assigned zones.
• Manage workflows, monitor facilities and infrastructure to meet operational standards.
• Deliver high‑quality guest and fan experiences while addressing operational issues and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security and event protocols.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless event delivery.
