TikTok Shop Growth Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to lead and optimise social commerce initiatives for its clients. Working remotely from Canada, you will combine data‑driven insights, AI‑enhanced tools and affiliate management to drive revenue across TikTok, Meta and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate and social ambassador strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, and community engagement through Discord and the TikTok Shop Affiliate centre.
• Set up, monitor and continuously optimise social shops on TikTok and Meta to maximise conversions and GMV.
• Track, analyse and report key performance metrics such as GMV, response rates and program growth, providing commission recommendations.
• Serve as primary client liaison, delivering actionable insights, performance updates and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media or agency environments, with a proven record of managing multiple client accounts.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with platform algorithm changes and apply them to strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive performance‑based decisions.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and owning end‑to‑end social commerce projects.
