About the role
MOTORYSE is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to launch and expand its dealer network for smart‑home window covering automation across Toronto and surrounding areas. This full‑time, field‑based position focuses on prospecting, demonstrating, and onboarding new partners who can sell, specify, install, or purchase MOTORYSE products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and sign independent window covering retailers, blind and shade stores, franchise operators, AV integrators, custom installation firms, and specialty home‑furnishing retailers.
- Build a pipeline from scratch using outbound outreach, referrals, trade events, and in‑person visits.
- Conduct live in‑store product demonstrations with MOTORYSE demo kits, highlighting the 60‑second retrofit installation.
- Onboard new dealers, explaining product line, pricing, margins, and sales process.
- Introduce dealers to the MOTORYSE dealer portal, sales materials, training videos, and co‑branded marketing resources.
- Maintain long‑term account ownership, earning commission on initial and repeat orders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within window coverings, AV integration, or home‑furnishing sectors.
- Strong hunter mindset with ability to develop new business from zero.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for in‑store demos.
- Willingness to travel 50‑70% within the assigned territory.
