Territory Manager, Health Care Practitioners (Vancouver/BC Interior)

About the role

We are seeking a Territory Manager to build and maintain relationships with health‑care practitioners, primarily Naturopathic Doctors, across Vancouver and the BC Interior. You will represent Nestlé Health Science’s professional lines of specialty vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements, focusing on the Genestra and Pure Encapsulations brands. The role is field‑based, requiring daily face‑to‑face visits, occasional phone or virtual meetings, and occasional overnight travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory‑level business and customer plans using data analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Achieve sustainable, profitable sales targets by meeting defined KPIs and lead measures.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to position supplements as optimal solutions for practitioners.
• Maintain daily CRM updates to track customer actions and move the sales process forward.
• Grow existing strategic and key accounts while prospecting new business through drop‑ins, cold calls, and client acquisition activities.
• Participate in meetings, events and conferences with appropriate follow‑up.
• Adapt to changes in the internal and external business environment and develop long‑term partnerships through education and value‑added support.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Science or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
